Q: How long will it take before I may
pick up my order?
A: Normal Production
time is 5 to 10 working days. Large quantities may require 10 to 20
working days.
Q: Can I get my personal item completed
the same day?
A: Special rush services are
available on most items. Please confirm availability prior to
ordering.
Q: What is a setup fee?
A: There is typically only
one Setup Fee for all items of a common type. For instance, if you
ordered five pieces of a crystal vase, only one Setup Fee would
apply for all five. This allows you to spread the cost of each Setup
Fee across the total number of awards of a common type. Our Setup
Fees include the cost of prepping each item for etching or
engraving.
Q: What are
Additional fees?
A: Excessive text, second
sides or additional locations may result in additional charges. One
logo or signature is included, additional logos or signatures $4.00
each.

Q: What fonts do you have to choose from?
A: We have thousands to
choose
from. We have a list that we that we think work best for particular types of jobs. Ask one of
the sales associates to see a sample.
Q: What type of file format should my
artwork be?
A: We work with many artwork files. We prefer CorelDraw files,
version 13 or lower. Artwork
sent to us must have text converted to curves. You need to provide
the name of your font for any changes in text (names, dates and
places) the sales associate will be able to check if we have the
font. Other files we can use are Photoshop, Illustrator CS3 or
lower, EPS, JPG, TIFF and PDF

Q: What dots per inch (dpi) should
my photo be in order to use in my award?
A: The minimum dpi is 300.
Cameras with 5 or more megapixel, set on the highest setting,
will work for most jobs.
Q: What are you store hours?
A: We are open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm,
Monday through Friday. We are open on weekends by appointment only
